On some individual properties an estimate may need to be given. After several cleans an accurate price can be quoted.
Cleaning is usually carried out on a 4-week basis. The whole process is intended to be as simple as possible for the customer. Gate codes and keys can be held in order for cleaning to be carried out without disturbance. If there is a problem with access a phone call a few days before to arrange a day and time can be made.
Payment can be made in the following ways:
- Cash or cheque at time of cleaning.
- Cheque by post (SAE will be provided).
